The Power Returns

Today Big Brother gathered the housemates on the sofas and announced that the power would again be returning to the house however this time the housemates will decide who becomes the 'Power Housemate'. Later today Housemates will anonymously vote for who they think should get the power, housemates that are facing eviction this week cannot be nominated. So Ash, Christopher, Steven, Pauline, Jale and Marlon cannot be nominated to receive the power. Who o you think will become the next 'Power Housemate'? Let us know in the forum

Youtube video The new Big Brother 2014 Power housemate will be decided by the housemates themselves, it’s been revealed. Last weekend saw Chris R Wright become the latest Power housemate, taking over from Pauline Bennett. But his Power trip was in secret as he went undercover and took over nominations. This evening saw Big Brother gather the housemates to make a new announcement. BB said: “Housemates, the Power will soon return to the house. “However this week it is up to you to decide who the Power housemate will be. “Today you will all individually nominate one housemate to become the next Power housemate. The housemate who receives the most nominations will become the next Power housemate.” There were a few rules about the Power nominations: Like with the usual nomination process, each housemate will be called to the Diary Room and will nominate in secret. They cannot discuss or talk about the nomination process or who they picked and cannot nominate themselves. Housemates facing this week’s eviction – Jale Karaturp, Marlon Wallen, Christopher Hall, Pauline Bennett, Steven Goode and Ash Harrison – cannot be nominated to become the Power housemate. Which leaves Ashleigh Coyle, Chris R Wright, Danielle McMahon, Helen Wood, Kimberly Kisselovich, Mark Byron, Matthew Davies, Toya A Washington and Winston Showan all eligible to become the next Power housemate. As with those before them, the new Power housemate will have control over goings on in the house and will be able to influence the course of the game. Big Brother continues nightly on Channel 5. Please do NOT vote Chris, if you like him as a HM do not do it, better to give the power to Toya and let her go power crazy like Pauline, or better still give it to Ashleigh give her something to do, or Winston.

helen will get the power. lets just give her the prize fund as well and all go home. worst bb ever we have no control over this show. they ruin their own concept of wining power. instead they just let them decide. what was the point of the power trip theme. not once have they had to fight for it.
