Celebrity Big Brother 2014 Launch: 'Biggest Twist Yet' & Presenter Photoshoot

The new Celebrity Big Brother starts in the first week of January 2014 and we have been promised that it will feature the 'biggest twist yet'.

The new look house is also said to resemble a Russian palace with such features as chandeliers and a grand fireplace.

As for the housemates rumoured names in the press (Daily Star) include Paul O'Grady, Jim Davidson, Katie Price and Ronnie O' Sullivan.

Bit On The Side will return presented by Rylan Clark and Emma Willis. AJ Odudu will not be returning to the show.

Bit On The Psych will also return on Saturdays with Rylan Clark, Iain Lee and Carol McGiffin.

Previous Celebrity Big Brother launch night twists have included:

CBB12 - Three housemates become the 'Cult of Celebrity' and are given the power to nominate other housemates.

CBB11 - Frankie Dettori and Rylan Clark, chooose which pair of housemates go to a Luxury House and which pair go to the live in the Basement.

CBB10 - Cheryl Fergison and Julie Goodyear given secret mission where they had to follow Big Brother's instructions through an ear piece.

CBB9 - Natalie Cassidy had to follow Big Brother's instructions via a hidden earpiece.

CBB8 - Kerry Katona was given three tasks to become the biggest "diva" in the house.

CBB7 - Housemates had five minutes to fit inside a Mini car.

CBB6 - Terry Christian became 'Head of House', and received luxury quarters, after he was the last person to claim a bed.

CBB4 - Chantelle Houghton given secret mission to convince the other celebrities that she was a pop star.

It´s probably some lame earpiece acting task or "You must nominate three people tonight" -twisty again.

They really do need to lay off the daily twists thing now. It only worked in BB7, the housemates all expect it now, it's dull. Just give them good tasks and let them get on with it.

LOL of course the cave thing is a piss-take. I was so thankful when I got to the "Big Brother repeats some of his most overexposed and uninspiring twists of all time" part, as I believed it until then.

Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if they do actually do something along those lines. They just can't leave the first week alone.

"Cave" aka decorated task room aka basement task from last year.
