how often do you go down the gym, a week?

Well i haven't been in the last three months and two weeks. i had to stop because i broke my leg,but i plan to start again in September.

I use to go three times a week for an hour work out.

I don't drive, but i plan on taking driving lessions soon.

Well i'v got patches already, but they didn't work before.

When i last tried to give up smoking, i got really stressed and depressed

its all mentally (like headache pills)

I started when i was 13 and that would mean i'v smoked for 9 years.

I only smoke up to 6 to 8 fags a day, so i have cut down a lot. two months ago i use to smoke around 20 fags a day and it was getting out of hand.
