2016 Big Brother was one of the best in recent times iirc?

The one with the other house and we got that stunning new set and the eye/graphics were good.

We had some of the best arguments

I can’t remember much of it but I’m sure it was one of the best we’ve had since say 2014

Probably the worst series ever.

I liked it at the time, but looking back it was full of really annoying and unlikable people

Thought presenters were DIRE , and housemates on the whole ok , that 1st woman out was so FAKE ,unbelieveable .
AS for a show, a bit childish .

I feel like the best C5 series was the one with Hazel, Gina, Dexter, that nob Wolfy and others.

Yes it was amazing and the best C5 series in my opinion, it had a classic feel to it.

There were better, there were worse

It has to be one of the best just for this gem alone. ❤️

For anyone watching for the social psychology... the best of the C5 era was BB13 and BB15. But both were also quite a difficult watch.

They had entertaining fights and memorable cast members but also got extremely toxic at times

Definitely one of the best C5 series, BB14 was by far the best C5 series though, that was actually brilliant.

Yeah BB14 and 17 were my faves

15 grew on me

I barley remember 16, 18, and 19

Although I didn’t watch 19 tbh.

I started getting bored of BB during BB18.

Tbh looking back, none of the Channel 5 series age that well for me :laugh: If I could actually be arsed enough, I’d be interested to see how my opinions have changed on certain housemates now. In terms of my enjoyment and overall investment at the time they were airing, I’d say my favourites were either BB13 and BB14. I guess you could say my engagement was at its peak during BB15 as that was the year I joined this forum, but my god what a terrible bunch they had that year lol

BB17 and CBB17 were big brother gold.

I agree - both seasons I came out of feeling very drained. Both seasons I sort of feel like, as a social experiment, really pushed the line of what's actually wthical :joker:. BUT that's what made them (from a social psychology standpoint) great viewing.

Great social psych seasons are 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13 and 15

6, 10 and 14 had their moments too of course which I guess makes a full golden 10 years from 5 - 15 :flutter:

Shoutout to 19 as well to be fair, for putting multiple bonafide sociopaths in a house together :joker:.

Yes every last one of them was a horror, what's what made it great :joker:.
