Jack\'s BB9

Well, I have decided to start a new thread because it makes sense seing as this is a new project. I've already released the eye, outside pics, hallway pics and dining area but here they are again (with a couple new ones of the dining area to whet your appetite).

The eye of the series features purple concentric circles against a shimmery distorted silver/grey template.

The outside of the house is similar to the BB6/BB7 house. There is a small stage for Davina to present eviction shows as well as the usual screen.

The entrance hallway uses the colours of the eye in a polka dot pattern on the wall. There is an elevator at the end of the hallway which takes the housemates down into the house.

The dining area is entirely monochrome to give a sombre atmosphere. There are three damansk patterns on the wall to add to the gothic style.

Thanks, I didn't like the eye very much at first but it's grown on me. :spin2:

Woah. That house is amazing so far. When are you hoping to release some more pictures?

Thanks! I'll upload the kitchen tonight.

I never post in here but your house is brilliant.

Spike 21-02-2008 02:51 PM

Loving the house, can't wait to see more

Jack 21-02-2008 03:07 PM

Thanks for the amazing comments guys. :)

Dang! I was going to use that curvy mirror idea for my next house :( lol

Looks sooo good anyway!! :spin2:

dupin 21-02-2008 03:17 PM

I love it. Isn't that big white space slightly ... too big though?

I do plan on furnishing it with beanbags/cushions, but it would be used for task equipment etc.

Here's a hint:

The Kitchen is HOT!

Jake! 21-02-2008 04:02 PM

Enough talk, show us it, LOL!

Jack 21-02-2008 04:30 PM

"If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen".

Wow, thanks Spike!

Matt 21-02-2008 04:37 PM

I LOVE the worktops, but I'm not so sure about the 'fire' theme...

Jake! 21-02-2008 04:38 PM

Wowzers, that's gotta be the best fan-made ktchen I've ever seen...

dupin 21-02-2008 04:41 PM

It's pretty cool, your sketchup skills are amazing, but it doesn't seem that...'wow'ish to me. There also seems to be way too much open space, not that it's a bad thing, just very unlike a Big Brother house.

Jack 21-02-2008 04:45 PM

Thanks the comments guys.

I deliberately wanted to make the house much bigger. It's similar in size to the pre-BB5 houses which also had a lot of space. A lot of people said my last house was too small, including you, so I consciously made it bigger.

Yeah, like I said, it's not a bad thing. I prefer this house being big to the other one being far too small (though it was a great house).
