Do you drink herbal tea, Ammi?

What about other hot beverages?

Drinking any very hot beverage — not just tea — might increase your risk of esophageal cancer. This includes hot water, coffee, and hot chocolate.

Just let it cool down a bit, innit. Like a normal person.

Beyond that? Something must kill a (wo)man.

…very rarely that I drink any type of tea…but I’m not really much of a coffee drinker either…the two teas that I don’t mind as much are liquorice and Peppermint…and lemon and ginger flavours…but it’s rare that I would drink those, either….

Is it just me that finds that Football commentary appears to be getting worse?

I know that I can be a harsh person sometimes, but it feels like I'm listening to five year olds when I listen to a Football commentator these days.

And don't get me wrong, I don't want them to be robotic either, but just behave like at least an adult in their 20's or 30's ffs. I honestly don't care which age group that they want to pick, but just pick a lane.

My current gripe is when commentators ( often gruff , ex footballers) describe a pass ss being ‘delicious’ !!

Beautiful or wonderful or great even fantastic/fabulous

Oh that's them trying to sound hip and cool to the youngsters.

And the weird foot fetish thing that some of them have going on when they say that a player has "great feet" and I'm like how do you know?

But seriously, I'm with you on the delicious thing.

Probably Golf isn’t the best sport to follow if you have dyslexic tendencies

Had the most amazing day. Went to a coffee shop based on witches. Ordered my usual cappuccino. Then went to the park to feed swans with my Yorkie Ruby. Went home sat the garden reading then meditation. Did one hour of yoga. Had a long hot bath with salts. Then cooked salmon donburi.
