It's here! TiBB's bi-annual countdown of who's done what to merit that. Members nominated up to ten members they wished to see make the shortlist; the variety of nominations was so great that I had to put qualification into the shortlist up to 3 nominations to make sure I only got 50. This failed, I got 53 and decided to progress with that number. In round 2, you picked ten members from that list and ranked them from 1st to 10th. Earlier today, Claymores asked to be removed from the list, so in order to explain the voting system with an example of how the countdown will look, here are Claymores' points before he withdrew:

#N/A - Claymores
1st Round: 9 points || 2nd Round: 18 points || Total: 27 points.
A nice paragraph detailing why exactly people chose this member, blah blah.

Round 1 points were calculated by taking the number of times a member was nominated, multiplied by 3. Round 2 points are a cumulative total of points they received from members (1st place = 10 points, 10th place = 1 point), and their total number of points dictates where they finished on the countdown.

Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves while I sort out the first rundown, from 52nd to 46th!

#52 - BOOSH
1st Round: 12 points || 2nd Round: 7 points || Total: 19 points.
Although she joined in 2008, BOOSH became a recognisable regular poster this year. Her outgoing, friendly personality comes across well on the forum; with those who voting for her commenting “she’s always been friendly every time I’ve spoken to her on the forum and she is hot.” Another voter stated that she is “like an angel on top of a Christmas tree.”

#51 - Matt
1st Round: 12 points || 2nd Round: 9 points || Total: 21 points.
Matt’s resurgence in popularity on TiBB was aided by his role as a judge on the Z Factor. No I’m totally kidding; people love Matt for a variety of reasons, one member commenting that he “deserves a lot of votes purely for the time and creativity” that he puts into the forum, and went on to say that he “contributes a lot to the site in the most literal sense, and is a real asset.” Examples of his recent contributions include his popular Christmas skin entry, and his annual Razzies thread!

#49= - Chewy
1st Round: 9 points || 2nd Round: 13 points || Total: 22 points.
Chewy is TiBB’s resident Coronation Street fan, something that has not gone unnoticed amongst forum members. One member said of Chewy “it’s nice to talk to someone who knows everything about Corrie” because it’s good to “get all the news from them”, while another member mentioned that they “have debates and we’re polite towards one another.”

#49= - BB_Eye
1st Round: 9 points || 2nd Round: 13 points || Total: 22 points.
A member since September 2008; BB_Eye has left a lasting impression on the forum. One member commented on BB_Eye’s appreciation for classic music, and noted that BB_Eye was “probably the most underrated poster of the forum, being brilliant at sculpting his opinion.” Another poster commented on BB_Eye, saying that “his posts are always well thought out and intelligent” and he “comes across as level headed and interesting.”

#48 - DrunkerThanMoses
1st Round: 9 points || 2nd Round: 15 points || Total: 24 points.
Jon aka DrunkerThanMoses received votes from members who lament his reduced forum activity in recent times: “unfortunately he doesn’t post enough anymore, but I always enjoy my chats with Jon.” Another asked “where the hell has Jon gone? He has a weird obsession with Mario, but deep down he is a friendly, loved, Welsh bubble wrap full of joy! I miss him.” Another member said he was “a really nice and lovely guy, I wish there were more people like him around here.”

#46= - Zippy
1st Round: 9 points || 2nd Round: 17 points || Total: 26 points.
Zippy was praised for being a good member by members who said “away from him being a Cheryl Cole fan, I quite like him – he’s funny too.” Another member agreed, saying he “makes really good posts and is funny, like, you can be discussing something with him and arguing your side, but yet you know he’s right in a way.” Another member complimented him for being “unique, fresh, sexual and intelligent – he has all the qualities you need in a man!”

#46= - Jords
1st Round: 9 points || 2nd Round: 17 points || Total: 26 points.
Jords was voted for by members due to being a “lovely boy” and for “also being really nice.” He was described by one member as being “just a generally nice guy, doesn’t have much of a bad word to say about anyone.” Jords is “a really nice person to post with and was very welcoming towards me when I joined.” He was praised for being a “nice guy” who “cares about other members, and he’s great.”
