The reason why Alex looks as bad as she does, in the face, is plainly down to bad combination of fake tan & foundation. If she learns how to do her face properly or go natural she'll be a good looking girl.
Cause you have to admit, in her VT, her skin wasn't doing her any favours.

The only thing that could possibly turn Alex into a good looking girl is 10s of thousands of dollars on facial reconstructive surgery and even then not sure if science has come along far enough to make that happen.
