Up to now I have felt totally neutral about Aaron - neither liking nor disliking him. But his behaviour towards other HMs seems increasingly....... odd.
Is he actually a bit of a nutjob underneath the relatively 'normal' facade? A sociopath who cannot relate properly to anyone? |

He's not a sociopath. I understand his point of view and I'm still quite amazed how much he is misunderstood. Even after he's said that he's not good with people.

Nope, he's a housemate ensuring everyone is talking about him. He actually wants people to talk about him (he said as much in his VT) and I strongly believe the whole burp-gate, anger at Frosted flake-house trash is all part of his standing out from crowd tactic.

Never ceases to amaze me either,it's pretty simple he's in an alien enviroment with some really immature people around him,it's bound to piss one off.Aaron is far from a sociopath,he has been very kind in the house notably to Tom yesterday comforting him over Toms wanting to go home when Tom backstabs him at every turn,I just think Aaron finds it hard to make friends and trust people,(as I do)but once he finds that trust in someone I would wager he is a great and loyal friend, like myself I like having one or two true friends than loads of fairweather friends,I'm not keen on big groups of people especially ones I dont really know and some of those in there would have had me running for sanity weeks ago,so no he is not a sociopath, just particular about who he befriends.

He is just honest about how he feels about people and situations which is pretty admirable. Most people wouldnt have the courage to do that.

OFFS!
It's the Big Brother .... game show.... you know, people are competing for money...!?! These are not his friends who he's know for years, they are not his family members. He is in a game show in which they deliberately stick an equal number of male and female contestants who deliberately have various personalities. These are then watched 24 hours a day (clearly not by us anymore though, but now by select Channel 5 staff) and thrown into situations in which they will feel stressed, uncomfortable, happy, excited and embarrassed! They then have to nominate and run the risk of getting kicked out if they dare to rock the boat! Their moods go up and then go plummetting down. They get pissed of and they get pissed on (by Jay mostly lol) - it's normal and everyone deals in things and situations in their own way! What part of that don't you understand? Seriously all you armchair psychologists who consider yourself experts by watching BB shows need a reality check! (Rant over!) |

I wish he was a sociopath - I would love a house full of sociopaths.

Sociopath. The most overused, hackneyed word on the forum except for 'Legend'.

Aaron is playing for the cameras.
He is trying to get all the pc brigade on his side by jumping on any tiny thing that might be a tiny bit pc and milking it for all the air time he can get. Everything he does has been thought out with us in mind. I doubt he even believes the **** he comes out with

He's very calculating in big brother, and not all of his performances have paid off. But I don't think he's using people, for example I think he genuinely likes Faye, however his pacing around the bathroom berating her for making friends with Lou, was worrying, he seems to want to control Faye a bit too much.
Anyway he did seem sorry when he apologised to her, I don't think a sociopath would have done that. |

I think he's just a bit shy and doesn't socialise much so finds it hard to know how to act in these cases

Being a bit moody sometimes does not make a person a sociopath.

If anyone in the BB house is a sociopath it could be ALEX.
