Default This will be the last season of BB I watch!

Don't get me wrong, I like the housemates and have found it to be mildly entertaining this year but the way C5 edit everything so blatantly and way they twist things to suit them (with nominations and such) have really put me off the show this year.

I'll continue to watch the remainder of this years show but I finally think I am over the BB era.

I've aready managed to stop watching XF so BB won't be hard to not watch as I don't watch the CBB version anyway.

I understand the feeling. I've enjoyed this series more so than any since 9, but I do get annoyed that the producers are obviously manipulating things more than ever before. I'll still watch in the future, but I wish they would let the show play out normally without having to get their hands into everything. And to bring back live feed.

This.

Its been a great series in terms of cast...but thats about it.

The manipulation has pissed me off a lot. The stories the FB vids tell is completely different to what the HLs show, even going so far as to chop sentences off midway just to suit their agendas. The nominations meddling this year has been an absolute joke too.

We were promised back to basics...and got the complete opposite.

I say I wont watch next year, but I know I'll probably say to myself 'I will just watch the launch' and end up being sucked in again. That said, I didnt watch BB8 because I was so pissed off at the manipulation in BB7...so I may well stick to it, for a year at least(and apparently they are only contracted to do one more anyway)

I totally understand were you're coming from Ukturtle! i'll still watch but hope to god they let nominations be done by the housemates without any messing with them, that's the thing that has annoyed me most this series, and if the thread about tomorrow noms is true i'll be fuming regardless of who is up for eviction.

I read elsewhere that the reason the talks broke down when C5 first expressed an interest in getting the rights for big brother was that they only wanted celebrity big brother and not the normal BB and everything i have seen so far seems to support that idea this series is really really poor.
They might be contracted to 1 more civillian series but they will ensure its as pathetic as this years feeble effort and then i have a feeling we will see C5 secure rights for further CBB and there will be no more normal BB.

Celebrity Big Brother seems to to much better than Civillian series. If Channel 5 just renew the contract for Celebrity Big Brother why not just try the format from Bigg Boss. A Celebrity Series for a full 93 Days..

I thought this year's CBB was quite dull in comparison to the earlier ones. I feel like they just let them sit around. There were not that many tasks and they had it too easy.

On Friday I started to watch the eviction with my Elderly Female Relative. I lasted 5 mins and turned over (who was evicted BTW?) "You used to like BB? Will it be on next year, Kazakh dear?"
"I used to like it but as you see it is crap. As for next year I can see C5 putting it on at 3am on a Wednesday as they have a legal contract. Bottom line is money. If I were a sponsor I'd want decent viewing figures."

I will only watch the next BB if they stick to the rules! No discussing noms, no twisting noms, and no contact with the outside world. This series has been manipulated enough already. I have also not been able to get the app needed to fb vote, so it's been expensive as well!

Next series we need; live feed so no reason for all these conspiracy theories if stuff happened or not, no nomination twists AT ALL - housemates nominate only and whatever the result from the nominations stays with no crappy twist to change it, stop letting the housemates do what they want! They trash the house, also stop giving them food and booze all the while, fair enough if they got luxury budget, but if they fail they not even bothered because they get a couple of takeaways in the week.

I've enjoy this series a lot. I find it better then a lot of the previous BBs.

And Bobnot.. don't be so silly. No TV station is going to purposely run a 2 month long show into the ground and try to kill it's ratings. Ratings = revenue.

You said you was off it last time. Lol.

I will still be watching. I'm just not as obsessed anymore. Especially without live feed and that.

No doubt we will have another crap winner Alex winning would make my day!
