Yes, and its been reporduced in over 15 other versions across the world, including India (Bigg Boss) and Australia.

Not really. Copied themes tend to be OTT, copied badly or just don't work. The UK is also a culprit to this.

The UK version is the first one to instaure the evil side. And all the countries after BB5 used that side, all of them became more twisted with secret rooms and stuff.

BB was "evil" way before BB5 came along. In fact, many were far more cruel and evil then Big Brother was back in 2004. However, Big Brother 5 UK was the first to base a theme around being evil.

The UK were also the first cuntry to have a fake eviction, when michelle and emma were put in the bedsit.

BBUK does have alot of firsts, i dont think the evil bb is one of them though
