That houseplan looks so random and so like it won't work - but I'm sure you can be trusted Conor.

Teasing with the bedroom though - I'm guessing two floors?

I'm guessing the bedroom floor is just one huge matress. Maybe?

Brilliant house Conor.

Someone's just guessed it...

Anyway, here's the kitchen:

Points:
- Minimum storage/preparation space.
- Breakfast bar included to one side
- Split up into a work station/sink and cooker unit/fridge and store.
- Designed to slow down anyone using the area.

I like it. Is the Dairy room kind of built into a tunnel?

Thanks for the comments so far guys!

And nope, that isn't the DR entrance, its the main entrance/exit to the house. The diary room is accessed via that pink circle you can see in some pics.

You've really got a flair for designing on sketchup, although I'm not sure about some of the colours - the floor looks really dull compared to some of the featured walls!

There's a lack of mirrors too, usually BB have a long mirror to cover all the kitchen shenanigans!

Love the presentation though!

The pinks a bit... well, pink!

Not too sure yet, have to see a bit more I think to see how the kitchen fits in with the rest of the living area.

One thing though - stairs on the outside, not on the inside. So is this living space "upstairs" then?

thanks for your feedback guys!

Unfortunately there wasn't really space for mirrors in the kitchen apart from one small one by the store, but I guess all the kitchen focus will be from mirrors on the other side of the room anyway

And Brekkie, correct I decided it would be something new and different. When I release the garden pics you'll see the alterations I've made to the roof.
