SCHEMING Jordan is planning to get ENGAGED to Alex Reid in a cynical plot to pump up her sagging popularity and cash in on his Celebrity Big Brother win.

The big-boobed model has mapped out a lucrative business plan that will earn them £1MILLION EACH in the next few months.


And in a stunningly calculating move it will start with her PROPOSING to him as part of a magazine deal.

Just a fortnight ago she told her pals and Alex's elderly parents she planned to DUMP the cross-dressing cage fighter again when the Channel 4 show finished.


But when his popularity soared and he was named the winner, canny Jordan decided to get ENGAGED to him instead.

Last night an insider told us: "It's been carefully calculated. She's plotted with Alex's advisors over the last week. She wants to make us much money as possible and knows she needs to exploit her relationship with Alex to do that.


"An engagement story is due in weeks, as that'll make her the most money. It's an awful way to think."


In the first week of CBB, Jordan (real name Katie Price) was appalled by Alex's antics - which included running around naked and wearing a pink mankini.


The source went on: "We all know she was planning to get rid of him in the early days because she'd spoken to us and his parents about it.


"Then she saw Alex becoming popular and her tone started changing in her conversations.


"Everyone close to Alex can see right through it. But he'll never be told when it comes to her."


Yesterday the News of the World offered Jordan what we thought a "tell-all" interview for her "love story" was actually worth...JUST £1.

But after being handed our tongue-in-cheek contract, her spokesman sniffed: "Katie and Alex have signed an exclusive legal deal with another publication and are therefore unable to undertake any other interview."


The celeb couple spent yesterday doing that interview - for a SIX-FIGURE sum - at Pennyhill Park Hotel in Bagshot, Surrey. We later pictured them leaving.



It was just phase one of a six- month-long publicity campaign by Jordan, 31 - whose popularity has plummeted since her split with ex-hubby Peter Andre last May. Our source said: "There are a number of interviews and deals pencilled in.


"The next one is on a holiday next week then there's something involving the kids. All of it was sorted without Alex's knowledge because he was in the house. He has no say."


Besotted Reid, 34, now plans to spend some of his £175,000 CBB fee on another engagement ring.


He bought one for £20,000 last November and was going to propose when Jordan left ITV's I'm A Celebrity. But she dumped him on live TV after he revealed his plans to the News of the World."

Funny that's what all Krusty/Alex supporters say, and yet those two media *****s positively COURT publicity in The Daily Star, News of the World, Sun etc and all the downmarket mags. If it's all lies, why don't they sue? The fact that they don't shows that the sources are reliable, and from past form why wouldn't it be true? Krusty's life is like a scratched record, it just keeps repeating itself:sleep::sleep: I note that Peter sued over the lies spread by the vile b*tch during and after the divorce and he WON, so again I will ask, why don't they sue? She usually never misses a trick to earn more money after all?

It isn't me who is deluded! I see both of them for what they are! But you seem to have a blatant bias for the guys - or you are just plain gullible! Pete turns on the hard-done-by act and you fall for it hook, line and sinker! The fact that he repeatedly sells stories about her - says it all! He is making more money off her than Katia is making off Ronnie or Jonas - as you accuse her of doing and hate her for it!

And everything suggests that Alex got together with Katie for the publicity. His relationship with her got him in the house - and a lot of resulting publicity. His little plan worked!
