Always wondered.
Do they get it from the little lake or is it from a water tap or something?

Its all fake, they get bottled water shipped in from only the finest New Zealand springs
the lake thing
But then they add purifying tablets
You believe that?
If it's a lake it's pumped from an industrial pipeline leading all the way back to a fresh water centre.

Erm, the "jungle" is a rainforest - there's plenty of fresh water :
Springbrook National Park is a national park at Springbrook on the McPherson Range in the Gold Coast hinterland of Queensland, (Australia), 96 km south of Brisbane.
In all four sections of Springbrook National Park (Springbrook Plateau, Natural Bridge, Numinbah and Mount Cougal) you can picnic, study nature and enjoy a wide range of walks in a natural environment. Springbrook Plateau section has many lookouts with spectacular views.
At between 600 to 1000 m above sea level, Springbrook Plateau can be quite cool even in summer. The area averages more than 3000 mm of rain a year, most of which falls between December and March. Natural Bridge section receives most of its annual rainfall (2500 mm) during the hot, humid summer. This is also the location where the UK television programme I'm a Celebrity... Get Me out of Here! has been filmed.

There was a thread a while ago with the camp location. It is quite close to a town. :P

I thought they were more remote than that.
But I guess the show is pretty big and there is a large crew.
The programme is filmed in Springbrook National Park, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Inside the entrance to the filming location is an open area allocated to temporary buildings which house on-site medical facilities, containers for the storage of props, and so on. It is in this area that the families and friends of the celebrities bide their time each morning during evictions – awaiting the fate of their loved ones. From this area, a restricted access road climbs to the site of the temporary studios. The road then heads down into a valley via four-wheel drive access to the set of the show.
Some of these areas are viewable from Google Earth, though it is difficult to view the suspension bridges and open-air studio that Ant & Dec broadcast from. While the roof of the main building is bright red, when filming is out of season, this whole area is covered with hessian to obscure the aerial view.
The creeks and camp areas are situated directly below the main suspension bridges. As they are so close to the celebrities, the crew have to be careful during filming to keep voices and music down.
Many of the "bush tucker trials" are not performed here; in fact, some are performed well away from the area.
The Park has a hotel attached, minutes from the camp, where crew and family members stay. Once out of the jungle the celebrities stay at the opulent six-star hotel - Palazzo Versace.

The water in the local area is mostly safe to drink, the creeks and spring water that is. The camp for the celebs is located above developed areas locally. as sh1t floats downstream they dont get jobbies or used tampons and condoms flaoting past. (thats a bit of a pisser when you have just drunk a bellyfull from a stream and see those merrily making their way to sea)
The celebs are instructed to use purification tablets and boil the water prior to using it for drinking. Takes out any risk.

Your more than welcome.
Filtering the water with an effective survival filter would ensure their safety, even just an improvised one using sand/dirt and some clothing would be 100% effective however in the current climate of health and safety etc, they have to be seen to be ensuring the celebs safety.
