Just seen a X FACTOR ad

I was just watching tv3 and I heard like something weird and It was an ad with a half british x and a half american x combining together to make 1 x and then it said THE X FACTOR UK&USA COMING SOON

Yep both starting in september think the uk one might start last week of August not sure though.
