I couldn't help but notice a big white spot on of the twins nose. why not pop it? its was hideous.

I understand that, but if it a big white spot then have the decency to squeeze of the puss out.

Sometimes messing about with the spots leaves permanent marks on your face. It's best to let your spot cream work its magic. Or get a prescription from the doctor to prevent them.
