I did, but nowhere near as much as Boyhood.

It was mainly the performances that I liked about it (Michael Keaton, Ed Norton and Emma Stone.. who I usually hate, were all brilliant) and the concept of it following a past it actor who's now in a play, but I really didn't like the ending.

I've never seen it Niamh, but there sure is a lot of fuss about it. I guess I'll watch it just to see for myself.

Haven't seen it and probably won't even justify an attempt to either.

Nope didn't like it, here's what I thought it was about

the main guy has schizophrenia, and when he's not having a psychotic episode, he's just a bit of an asshole, who only cares for himself. So it's really tough to like him.

As Locke mentioned, the best thing bout it is the performances, and it's prob worth seeing for those alone.

Not sure really, I didn't think it was that amazing but I didn't hate it. It was pretty much meh for me. Agree about the ending being stupid. I did like the part were Keatan yelled at that old female critic but other then that the script was not that amazing. Still need to see Boyhood to compare though

the clips look brilliant....hes a superbly ambiguous darly funny actor...Norton is of course brilliant and stone has improved...the basic idea sounds brilliant for a dark edgy comedy
