Joan Collins - Dame Joan has ruled out ever taking part in the ITV series despite being offered a "a massive amount of money". She revealed last week: "I kindly turned them down. It's not my cup of tea. It's just not me."

Anne Robinson - Weakest Link presenter Anne Robinson told earlier this year how she has been repeatedly offered bigger and bigger deals to appear on I'm A Celebrity. She explained to the Radio Times: “I think the last offer from I’m A Celebrity was about half a million.”

James Arthur - Former X Factor winner James Arthur - who previously turned down an offer for Celebrity Big Brother - said he had "done enough reality TV".He wrote online: “Not going on I’m a celebrity. Making an album….I’ve done enough reality TV to last me a lifetime and I did that to have a shot at doing music so focusing on music.”

Ed Balls - Former MP Ed Balls said he had been offered a spot in the jungle back in the summer after losing his seat in Morley and Outwood during May’s general election, missing out by just 400 votes.Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Ed quipped: "I'd already subjected myself to one high-profile public vote this year, and I wasn't really sure that I wanted a second one."At least having to eat bugs and crickets wasn't part of the election process. I'm not tough enough for that."

Craig Charles - Craig was forced to leave the series last year due to personal reasons and had been tipped to make a return. But while the Corrie actor was more than up for it, his schedule meant he had to say no: "I'm filming Red Dwarf. We start filming Red Dwarf in November. We don't finish until March. That's the time they film the jungle."

Levi Roots - Levi Roots, of Reggae Reggae sauce fame, is another name who turned down a spot on the I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here lineup. The entrepreneur, who rose to fame on BBC's Dragon's Den, told ITV's This Morning earlier this year: "I've already been approached a couple of times, [but] I don't think it's for me."

Not mentioned on the article but Gemma Collins also said no

Not what she said.

They refused to let her back in after she said she would likely quit again.

She told Good Morning Britain: "I was asked to go back into the jungle and I couldn't guarantee to producers that I wasn't going to walk again.

"So we all made the decision that it was best we leave it for this year."

I think Duncan is one of the very few TRUE celebs with money to have said yes.

He's worth £125M.

But was worth much more than that.

His divorce cost him £345M.

Joan Collins - A very weathy woman who does not need the money, or the publicity, and who has lived opulently for the past 169 years, so she certainly would not relish the comparitive hardship of the jungle. In addition, neither would she relish being seen daily on National TV without £2,000 worth of make up on, and as she is virtually bald - where in the jungle would she keep er 280 wigs?

Anne Robinson - Even richer than Joan Collins, she too needs £2,000 of make up before appearing in public so that she doesn't scare children, and this is despite having had over £20 million pounds worth of cosmetic surgery. At Anne's pay rate even just 3 weeks in the jungle woud cost her 10 zillion pounds in lost TV appearance money from her regular work.

James Arthur - WHO????? I thought this was 'I'm a CELEBRITY Get Me Out Of Here'?

Ed Balls - Obviously a made up name - no one's REAL name comprises of two body parts and the last one with a similarly manufactured name - Forearm Gonads - was rejected in 2010. Anyway, 'Ed' withdrew his application after being wrongly informed that Jackie Chan and Chow Yun Fat were going in and that they might want to hold an erection.

Craig Charles - Why would Craig choose a relatively poorly paid stint with a load of pygmy 'Celebrities' when he could earn far more having a fling with a Red Dwarf?

Levi Roots - A likeable chap but now not in need of the money, and not really saucy enough for the show.

Gemma Collins cannot appear because she is currently homeless. She had not built her house of brick when the wicked wolf huffed and puffed.

Not here for Craig Charles

.

He would've been dull tbh, and to think he would've won too had he not walked. He's really loved on DS.
