Nintendo N64 Mini may have just leaked ahead of the official announcement.
One Twitter user claims to have been given leaked images of the console from an unnamed source close to the company (via ScreenRant).
While the console is by no means confirmed, the images certainly are convincing.
Rumours of a Nintendo N64 Mini have been circulating ever since the release of the SNES Mini.
In the meantime, fans will have to make do with the PlayStation Classic Mini.
The PlayStation Classic has a December 3 release date and is already available to pre-order online.
GAME is selling the PlayStation Classic for £89.99, which is the same price it can be found on Amazon.
The PlayStation Classic comes with 20 games pre-installed, including Final Fantasy 7, Ridge Racer Type 4 and Tekken 3.
Wild Arms and Jumping Flash have also been confirmed for the PlayStation Classic.
Sony will reveal more games in the coming months, so now is the time to badger the company for your favourite releases.
Judging by some of the comments on social media and the PlayStation Blog, Final Fantasy IX is a firm favourite among fans.
Others have requested classics like Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid and Gran Turismo. Others want to see Ape Escape make an appearance, which seems unlikely due to the controllers.
While the PlayStation Classic comes with two wired controllers, neither features DualShock support. This pretty much rules out Ape Escape.
The likes of Crash Bandicoot, Tomb Raider, Abe's Odyssey, Wipeout and Castlevania Symphony of the Night are also mentioned, alongside Tenchu, Suikoden and Legacy of Kain.
Come thrue Nintendo if this is true :clap1:

I don't understand why people are paying nearly £100 for these when you can go on Ebay, Amazon or a local Cash Converters and pick up a genuine retro console for like £30.

For the most part, the prices of retro games and consoles have been jacked up considerably, especially popular games so if you like enough of the games listed to appear on the mini consoles then it's often worth it considering you could be dishing out £30-£40 for one of those games.

Super Mario 64 is literally £3.25 boxed and with the booklet on Ebay and I seen Zelda in Cash Converters for £3.
I prefer to go looking around for deals anyway :) this mini console is for the lazy lol.
I can see the appeal though especially for the youner millennials who are all into polaroids and basically anything 90's.

But you're basically relying on people selling them for cheap because they don't know the true worth of what they're selling which is going to become increasingly rare.
I don't think it's lazy to pick up a mini console at all, it makes the most financial sense in most cases.

They really aren't rare right now though so people should stock up and cash in when they do become rare.
That's financial sense:)

I wouldn't really say that relying on getting lucky is good financial sense but whatever.
If it’s not transparent they can keep it

Emulators are free . Every retro console that has been released thus far is already emulated perfectly (plus GameCube, Wii and within the next couple of years PS2).
SNES has had near-perfect emulation since I was like 16 :umm2:. I played FFIV, V and VI on ZSNES on a DOS-based 486/66 that could barely run Windows 95, ffs.

If it has Beavis And Butthead, Alladin, Toy Story, Robocop vs Terminator or even The Lion King I may have to get the other half to but it in my stocking for Christmas :joker:
