The teams seem fairly level although you'd think Aiden/Sherry/Brita should perform the best here. Widow/Nicky/Crystal seems the least likely to do well at improv, to me anyway (with the inevitable language problems for Nicky and a likely further "hard to work with" edit for Widow?)

-Sherry deserved her win based on the performance and the look (even though Jan's look was close second to me). It's going to be tough to watch everything fairly, but to be fair she was the best this week, along with Jackie.

-Widow calling her look "High fashion" was obviously a joke right?

-Heidi is a whole MOOD, I don't get why they keep picking on her. I love her name and she better don't change it!

-Dahlia deserved to go. She was basic, a bad temper and useless. Nicky is going to redeem herself next week. And hopefully Crystal is out next.

I actually didn't mind the challenge at all, most of them done a decent at least job. It was a good runway overall as well.
Don't quite feel like Sherry deserved the win, like was she THAT much better than Brita who was only safe?
I was worried they were giving Aiden and Rock the first boot edit but I'm assuming now one of them goes next and one of them gets the underdog storyline


Oh and yeah dreadful lip-sync. What exactly were the girls in the back cheering for and the judges giggling at? Any other week it would've been a double sashay

...I didn’t mind the challenge that much, although it felt a little muddly a few times...I loved some of the buttons n bows runways...Jaida is always gorgeous, I loved her style..:love:...the other standouts were Just Jan turned Voodoo Jan, Heidi’s Pinocchio, GiGi/gorgeous, Jackie..:love:..and beautiful Brita...

..Dahlia looked gorgeous but she didn’t seem to be as talented as some of the others are, so I don’t think she was destined to go further, sadly...

So, I guess from WOW's statement, "VH1 will air the season as planned" actually meant that they're going ahead with the season generally, as oppose to cancelling it? I thought they meant the season wouldn't be re-edited, but that's obviously not the case since Sherry was barely featured this episode despite winning. It's definitely the best thing for her, but I do think it will hinder the season for as long as she's there...You can tell there was a story between Aiden, Brita & Sherry that was watered down to obvlivion.

The challenge, as I said previously, was a cluster****. It paled in comparison to The Bitchelor, Bossy Rossy, etc. simply because it was too try-hard. None of the acts were funny but just sheerly random. The challenge was said to be improv, yet i had no idea when they were actually improvising or reading lines. It was all just bizarre, and it was a bit hard to watch and get through.

Also, someone on a different forum also made a good point, which was that edit really is the main component to influence viewers that a queen did a good job. I wouldn't have a clue Sherry could potentially win until she was in the top three, but the episode really made it seem like Jackie was going to win. I really do hope that Sherry goes sooner rather than later because it's going to be a pain to watch last-minute storylines thrown together.

I think the other placements were justified. Heidi was hilarious and is fast becoming one of my favourites of all time - she's genuinely funny and sweet. The bottom three all flopped, but Dahlia was definitely the worst. You could tell she hated having to act/look silly. Everything was superficial to her and one-note, at least Nicky wanted to do something outside her comfort zone. God, that lip-syc, though, omg. Not as bad as Fame/Pearl but definitely up there. I did feel bad for Crystal as I think she's being unfairly criticised for her make-up, but her runway look was really loud and too much and she'll probably benfit from toning it down a notch (her Frieda Kahlo look at the beginning was lovely, though). I really grew to like her this episode, so hopefully she's able to gain some confidence and do well.

Also, Widow's runway look will 100% haunt me in my dreams at one point in the near future. She looked ****ing scary. Aiden's look was hideous and could have seen her in the bottom three over Crystal. Otherwise, Brita, Jan, Sherry and Gigi had gorgeous runways.

Next week's episode preview was a snooze, ngl.

I really do hope that Sherry goes sooner rather than later because it's going to be a pain to watch last-minute storylines thrown together.

Given her results on last episode and this episode, I don't think she's going anywhere anytime soon. Based on past seasons, really not many queens who did well at the beginning end up flopping fast.
No "comedy/act" queen has been crowned on a regular season since Bob (a legend) and she seems to be a good contender (by the time it was filmed, obviously) I bet she makes top 5 at least.

Just watched. First episode where the editing has been confusing, and I fear it won't be the last.

I'm getting a little bit bored of Aiden's eyerolling talking-heads already. We get it, you're not taken seriously by the other girls. Either prove them wrong or stop whining. Rock's random af gripes over which role she was handed was just as confusing and petty and ended up making no difference because Jaida's performance as it was just... fine :shrug: it was a nothing role (I like Ross Mathews but I'm getting bored of him too... the judges need to be replaced, really).

The Ornacia moment... would it have hurt to have Vivacious actually do some voice lines instead of some barely-audible nonsense? Oh that would've meant paying a black queen for her ideas, never mind.

Eh it's an episode to forget really, but I LOVED Sherry's runway. It's a sad irony that she has a huge infatuation with villains... but that look was amazing.

Dahlia's attitude rubbed me up completely the wrong way, and she now has the esteemed position of being "the queen I liked less than the sexual predator". Oh and her runway just looked sloppy and confusing to me, didn't get "sexy bunny" at all. More "wilted roadkill dipped in lilac".

Now that queens are going home, this series is being uploaded. Usually pretty fun to watch, if only for the little glimpse at some of the outfits they didn't get the chance to wear.

I loved Raja and Alaska hosting the Pit Stop when they did it, but no one beats Bob... she is a diamond :love: her and Thorgy's connection is amazing, too, even if WOW want us to believe they are mortal enemies

I did not really like this episode and I usually love hem. The improv was meh at best and Msa Sin was a bad one im glad she left, she wasn't good on her last one too.

as for the overall ep and runway looks..

Aidan Zayne - tbh she actually made me laugh the most in her group, purely for the fact that she didnt really seem to know what was going on. Her runway was just a jumper with bows on it...

Brita - meh in the challenge.. her runway was actually very cute though, I loved how the lower part had rows of buttons in between the fabric.

Crystal Methyd - she had no idea what she was doing in the challenge I screamed :skull: her runway was cute, she could've used a different shade of pink though instead of keeping it all one tone.

Nicky Doll - another one who had no idea what was happening. I didnt hate her runway but I woudnt say I liked it either.. why was there a dead mouse on it

Jan - starting to come across a bit too attention seeking tbh.. I did enjoy her runway, i'm glad she did something different instead of the 'pretty' route most the others went down.

Dahlia Sin - It felt like the was edited out the ep more than Sherry? her broccoli was a MESS and her runway was very strange, it didnt really look like anything.. idk but she definitely deserved to go.

Sherry Pie - I think she was going for a Divine look in the improv? her runway was pretty damn good I cant lie.

Jaida Essence Hall - Honestly cant remember her in the challenge or her runway..

Heidi N Closet - she killed me in the challenge and was probably the only one who genuinely made me laugh because of their performance, not because they were a mess. That runway though omg... WHAT was she thinking?! she probably would've won if it wasnt for that fancy dress shop outfit with that NOSE

Jackie Cox - her improv was cute I guess, but Heidi just outshone her the entire time. The runway was ...gross? those rhubarb and custard colours just weren't nice.. the design itself was alright.

Gigi Goode - her improv was okay I guess.. her runway I really enjoyed, but theres something very cheap looking about a lot of her clothes, I know her mum makes her stuff and you can tell :skull: the skirt looked like it was made of paper..

Widow Von Du - her improv was one of the best.. and even that wasnt great. The runway was interesting to say the least :skull: I actually didnt hate it as much as I think I should've

Rock M Sakura - the whole "can I be the bad apple" thing bugged me, im glad Jaida clocked her for doubting herself. Her as the orange wasn't even bad anyway. Cant remember her runway.
