Gangs of London
Schitts Creek
Game of Thrones
Any other must sees? 🤔

Little Fires Everywhere, mini-series...
Modern Love...
Queen’s Gambit...
This is Us...
....Hmmmmm, I’ll try to think of some more....

If you have Disney Plus then I’d recommend The Mandalorian. I’m not a massive Star Wars fan but I did enjoy it.

Well I've started Seinfeld recently (shamefully never watched it before!) and I'm HOOKED. It's so, so funny! :joker:
9 long series to get through too - can't wait.
...and another echo for I May Destroy You and also Pose...I need to watch Fleabag, I keep forgetting to...
...The Fall is also excellent...
...The Haunting of Bly Manor, also.....(...also the first one, The Haunting of Hill House, if you haven’t seen it...)...

We actually started Afterlife last night.. it’s a wee bit depressing tbh
Will definitely have a look at I May Destroy You and Pose 😊

Wait which version?
I think the 2019 version is better than the sloppy 2017 one .
The 2019 one still has its flaws ,but was still watchable.

I don't watch a lot of television but the two series I liked this year were,
Cobra Kai - Karate Kid sequel series that I thought was witty and quite heart-warming. Season 3 is released on New Year's Day.
Mr Robot - it's about a loner computer hacker, although it gets very dark and depressing in places, and it was a bit of a mistake to finish it just as the first lockdown was starting, when I was feeling fairly anxious about what was going on.

I honestly thought Cobra Kai would be ****e, but I loved every minute of it! I found it very nostalgic, and I’m so excited that it’s been brought forward to NYD 😊
Not heard of Mr Robot tbh.. might take a look.

Warrior - it's sort of like a peaky blinders (another show you should watch) gangster show set in San Francisco not long after the civil war, based around gangland/opium wars between rival Chinese factions and the Irish.

I love Peaky Blinders! The worst thing about this year (apart from all the deaths obvs) was the new series’ of PB and Line of Dury being delayed :fist:

It was curious watching Mr Robot through the lens of 2020 as you could view / accuse it as kind of anti-Chinese in places.

Have you watched S3 yet? I’m annoyed at myself tbh.. I planned on watching a few last night but ended up bingeing until 2am and now I’ve only got two left to watch

This is a classic show, the best is series 4 where it really takes off. If you haven't already watched it then watch Episode 11 'The Contest' it is disgusting but brilliant...

I’m only half way through series 3 so I’ll get there eventually. Great that from this series there’s a LOT of episodes each time.
I just love it. Been one of those shows that I’ve always heard of but never saw and relegated it to the same type of thing as “Friends” (which I’m not a fan of shamefully) before giving it a chance. I think I just love that it’s so mundane and pointless yet so funny regardless.

The other computer-type show I liked in recent years is Halt and Catch Fire. It's about a group of people working in the computer industry in the 80s and early-90s, so Ithat aspect of it was up my street. But it is also about their lives and relationships. Lee Pace is great in it - a really interesting character.

It's brilliant and nothing like 'Friends' but I think people assume that because its an american sitcom from the 90's but it's sooo much better. Keep an eye on Kramer cos his character just keeps getting more and more bonkers... and when George starts referring to himself in the third person it's just hysterical
