Are they any help? I want to make a serious complaint about British Gas, their standards and their complete lack of courtesy and customer service.

…(…I would think…)…the thing to do is to go through that process first so that you can present all of that to any outside ombudsman….

Have you been through their complaints procedure first? Think the Ombudsman won't look at it until you have exhausted everything with the company.

I have Annie. It has been ongoing for roughly 3 months now. I've raised several complaints with absolutely zero response on each occasion. It is quite appalling. Just spoke with the Ombudsman, he's taken all the details etc. I should expect to hear back from him on approximately 2 weeks.
