The irony is we were watching Bic pen drawing videos with hubby last night and we were talking about the virtues of the erasable versions that had a feather-like quality and could do nice things (not even the erasable part... just the line quality is different) And here I am now considering making a midday run for milk and Bic pens... maybe that's boring, but I'm grateful life is good, I think

Right now it's noon and I'm not doing much because the weather isn't quite right yet to work outside. I've been thoroughly enjoying Spring working on my lawn. I picked up new software for work and in spare time I've been cutting sticker sheets I'd designed to put together for Easter. Getting daughter involved in that as she's getting old enough to comprehend more things.

I'm about to run off to Walgreens (a drug store) to find "Bic Pens" of all things because I'd thrown away all my "non-ergo" crap pens (basically anything thin and not with a flare) for my gel inks ... but I need one to calibrate a machine ... also, looking for a dip pen ink well so I can get back into inking.

ah a holiday would be brilliant, and going to the cinema is a good idea, not too much stress, have you thought about maybe volunteering locally just for half a day, something like a charity shop or a litter pick in your area, though if you live near Birmingham I expect litter is everywhere at the moment with the bins on strike ...yikes
