They don't decide but they do influence the vote, DS is massive, there are half a million members, about 20 or 30 thousand regularly active and the biggest forum there after General Discussion is the Big Brother one.

I post on DS sometimes,prefer it here, DS seems to have older posters and they are pretty strict.

I think Belo meant forums in general, so that includes TiBB too!

Not really strict, some of the rules are less strict than TIBB's, I've been banned about 3 times in 6 years but never for more than a week.
