Yes but its a rough deadline for the public.

I would say the Cabinet knows its March 2017.

She probably knows when it's happening but doesn't want to lay all her cards on the table yet.Imo.

i think she is doing it exactly right. There will be a bill that has to go through parliament. By default all rules and regulations remain as is unless any change is debated and agree by parliament, and we have a date by which we will trigger the clause. Well done :clap2:

Kizzy 02-10-2016 12:01 PM

I can't see it happening myself.

jaxie 02-10-2016 12:09 PM

Good positive news. I'm interested to hear her speech at the conference and that of the minister in charge of Brexit to what else we can glean. The act of parliament is a huge step forward.

Before the end of March 2017 sounds like a deadline to me.

on what basis do you make that statement. The PM has made a commitment to it being triggered before the end of March. What information do you have that makes you believe otherwise. Or do you just want to criticise without having any basis for it.

...just say by end March and put any speculation to bed
And as as for not laying her cards on the table what does that mean, she can hardly stage a sneak attack on Brussels, there will be deal meetings scheduled

Johnnyuk123 02-10-2016 02:18 PM

Great news!!! Lets dance!

No I think I'll blame the government who are actually doing the damage, and the people who voted for them

Who can be voted out unlike EU beaurocrats.

I wonder sometimes if some socialists actually understand what they are clamouring for with regard the EU. People who claim to want social justice clamouring to live in a dictatorship.

No one seems to care about the fishermen whose communities have never recovered. Is it really **** them as long as I don't have to queue when visiting France?
