He'd have to almost be in solitary confinement, and even as much as I don't like Trump, that's not how humans have evolved to live and would actually be cruel. In theory, they could have a special little unit full of people with classified information and state secrets, and they can all spill them to each other but none of them ever get to speak to anyone outside the unit again.
