i agree with you. it's a fairly callous ask of big brother to turn the new housemates into gameplayers the moment they go in. they're only in the door and they're caught between a rock and a hard place. they're at a disadvantage already with the viewers, as we have already lived with older housemates and as such have developed connections with them all, loving some, hating others. the lines have been drawn in our minds as to who we like and dislike and it would be a difficult task at the best of times for the new housemates to persuade us to dismiss our loyalties to the first group of housemates and choose one of them as our winner. so yeah, its not fair to do that to them.
