I do not consider the 'debt' legitimate - as I suspect neither do most reasonable people! If Siavash chooses to pay it - that is up to him! What money he uses to pay it with - is between him and his conscience - neither of us know the facts! Just hearsay!

If true (which I doubt) - my point is that Marcus was equally to blame - if he expects payment knowing what the money was intended for!
