If there was any justice in the world then Bea would have been in UBB representing 10.
Sree is legend too but Bea was nothing short of a mad-science nightmare BB housemate from hell. Just awesome.
The reason she may not be in there?
They want to have some kind of story play out and not necessarily 'nuke' the entire program with a 3-week long Bea slaughter-fest of horrific destruction.
But wow.. she definitely needs to be there for a task where we get one last look at the legend.
Sadly, Ultimate Bea was mostly wasted on a crap season. IF ONLY they saved her to unleash on BB11 yikes.
