She's a passive aggressive person and a very angry woman.


She even admits that her forcefulness and aggression has set her back in her career. She doesn't understand shade and light and even if she attempted to practice it you would be able to see straight through her, she doesn't know how to socialise with normal people.


Probably part of her upbringing, looks like she's been taught to get her own way she has to try and trample all over anyone she considers a threat.

I despise the way she delivers her oration, very staccato and deliberate, and extremely condescending.


I didn't like her in he Apprentice, don't like her as co presenter with Martin Lewis - I don't like her on Loose Women, not that I watch much of it now and I don't like her on this, she is her own worst enemy

The convo at the kitchen table went badly wrong for her. She's one of these people that have to have their own way. She could not see the other perspective and Heavy D did well not to snap in frustration.

She's gone in with an agenda (as James Whale got her to admit). Trouble is, she thinks everyone is out to pick a fight, she feels she has to defend everything. Couldn't even let James have a joke and then wouldn't let it go when he apologised. I don't think there's any bullying going on, but I also think she's trying to become the victim of bullying.

She's sly and sneaky too, her asking Marnie what she had done that day on the sofas ,wasn't a genuine question,it was a chance for her to point out what SHE had done ,as she didn't even let Marnie answer her properly before she jumped in and said what SHE had done

When she was saying about the reason for her been in there, she wanted to change perceptions/idea's etc about her race/culture but then in the next breathe she is accusing James of been a racist because of preconceptions she had/has about him! So basically she wants others to give her the chance to change preconceptions but she wouldnt do that for James

Don't twist the facts, if you listen back Marnie replied with 'Nothing, what have you done this morning?' Some people hear what they want to hear not listening to what she's saying.

Can't nobody on this thread see that they're ganging up on Saira, I won't use the word bullying yet, people have been going on about more intelligent convo and less talk about fake tan, cosmetic surgery and when someone like Saira talks about something interesting about her heritage and culture, she's slated for it. When someone like Andy is praised for it. Even on here the girl gets slated, the guy doesn't. Bet that they think Bear is a hero as well

Just watched last nights episode. She was just like this on the apprentice...she is condescending and completely tactless in the way she puts herself across. She is unable to apologise or take anything on board. She can't help herself from critisising people...pointing out their faults and giving opinions when they are not asked for.
She wasn't ganged up on in that discussion..they were trying to tell her how she comes across and they all had a point...but Saira was the one not listening. She could have just diffused that whole situation by saying "sorry guys but I don't mean to sound patronising" but Saira isn't able to do that...she just digs her heals in and goes into defence mode...she doesn't stop and loves to have the last word. Then she runs into the diary room acting like a victim. She's not out of her comfort zone...she courts controversy...she can't handle being called out on her behaviour.
The end of the episode was embarrassing and not nice to watch...however I am sure Saira has had worse things done to her and she will now dwell on being a victim.
If you are an opinionated person you will court controversy. If you can't handle it then learn when to ****.

Marnie did actually ask her what SHE had done...but even if she hadn't Saira would still have made a point of telling them. So you are right in what you say.

It's not their opinion I'm most annoyed about (even if what their speaking is absolute crap) It's the threatening way that Bear and Heavy D were approaching her with. Then when people respond and challenge her, she plays the victim card and pretends she is only 'being honest' or 'trying to get to know people'. I suspect this tactic is something she does not only on BB, but in real life as well.

She is clearly intelligent but what a waste of a brain, to try and further herself by making other people look bad, rather than furthering herself from her own merits and genuine efforts at kindness.

She is clearly very prejudiced and likes to pigeon-hole people quickly and then judge them for it (ironically much in the same way that racists and bigots do). But woe betide anyone who dares to pigeon hole/judge her! Can you imagine!

She took offence when James joked 'Saira thinks i'm racist!' but somehow she didn't think it was offensive to ask him repeatedly, in all seriousness, if he was a racist (she'd only met him for 5 minutes).

When a black person tries to label someone a racist its classed as prejudice, but if it were the other way around it would be classed as racist ! she went back at James again on night 2 ,trying to get him to say he was a racist, she's started all this and Im sorry her "poor me" card doesn't work on me
