Default Female popstars: is all they have - simulated sex?
Looking at Miley Cyrus or indeed any regularly attractive female popstar up to old birds like Kylie

Is their only act simulated sex?

It seems all they can do on stage is simulate sex.

The fatter uglier ones like Lily Allen tend to just stand there.

is there no alternative?
