Well i think people like this guy who have experience in these places and with the people in question are an important part of the whole immigration debate and their experienced opinion should be atleast taken on board.

Also military and covert intelligence (that the media have no access to) probably supports and informed the temp ban. No point saying "yes but since 9/11 all the deaths are by USA born terrorists" is you dont know how many have been foiled and how many are plotting.

True.Obama did list these countries as risk countries aswell.I think strict vetting is without doubt needed.
