Default Would you post on social media about it if you had been told you have a week to live?
Just had a long time friend do this on FB. Just how are you meant to reply to that.

He has came home from hospital to be with his wife and young daughter to die.

I felt like saying can I have your toolbox, or, tell the Mrs I can do any odd jobs she needs doing, but was nice instead.

No I wouldn't because I couldn't stand the pity, as well as that doctors can get it wrong and he might live for a lot longer Think you need to process it yourself first before you share it with the world,

I don’t think coming home to die is the right thing to do

There is a delay in that person getting the drugs they need to let them go in a painless and dignified way

A skilled GP would administer what's needed when the man is ready.
