I don't think she does.
I think she sticks to long held values she has had all her political life.

She believes in independence.
She can only aim for that electorally.

She has it seems with the Greens, a majority in Holyrood to get a new referendum bill through.
She is wise to let the brexit issue try to get more resolved before pushing for a new vote.

I don't think she only cares about being First Minister, I think she is dedicated to implementing the SNP manifesto, if she can.
That's her duty as First Minister.

For me, she's the better leader of all the current leaders of UK Parties actually.

Wee Nic is a friendly and relatable leader who quite clearly cares a lot about the everyday people of Scotland. I know that's hard to understand when the UK has leaders like May, Cameron, Brown, Blair, Thatcher and so on who have nothing but disdain for the average citizen and treat us like cogs in a machine.

Agreed.

We were told it was a once in a lifetime vote.

Not once every few years until the SNP get the result they want.

I watched her shelling out free bacon rolls to the press...something I believe is illigal for a politician to do..something about bribery or something...

She should have stuck her head out a window of the building and asked all the homeless in edinburgh if they wanted some first...stupid bint.

The UK could do with a leader like Nicola. Instead of the current crop of hopeless nobodies.

The lot of them only care about their own status.

You'll be singing a different tune if she gets her way. They all care about the everyday people when they need those people to get where they want to be.
