Cool, I guess.
Snyder's version of Dawn wasn't as good as the original, but in its own right if was fun enough. Be interesting to see an Of The Dead film by him which isn't based on one of the Romero films.

I preferred Snyder's Dawn to the original but this doesn't look good to me, I'll be shocked it it brings anything new or manages to make zombie's actually scary.

seen this just now
yes very much enjoyed it almost like when zombie apocalypse meets ocean's eleven franchise also nice with the Elvis songs too Tig Notaro is such a wonderful actress too, with her own dry humour (same as she has in Star Trek: Discovery) Siegfried & Roy's tiger (zombiefied version of that) too yes good quality zombie action, also nice longer duration of 2 hours 23 minutes (something you don't quite expect with these kind of movies but very enjoyable the whole time)

Saw it yesterday.
Was quite good, but I think it was longer than it needed to be. I know long films are Snyder's "thing" but still. My attention was wandering in some parts. But I still enjoyed it. I don't have much more to say really

I enjoyed it for what it was but honestly it annoyed me no end too.
Chambers death was utterly stupid, she told the obvious sly guy she suspected he was up to no good before going into a sleeping hoard? then she let him out of sight? she handled that **** so well and kills countless zombie to get back to her team who are heavily armed...and they stand watching while she is surrounded. WTF was that? The daughter was a moron, she got so many people killed through being a selfish cow, the dad should have knocked her out and threw her arse on a bus at the start, what kind of idiot takes a hand gun to a location filled with smart zombies? Why didn't Geeta escape? Lily said the zombie's had let people escape before and Geeta and her two friends just sat waiting to die rather than attempt to escape? They surely heard the army leaving the hotel but stayed in a corner rather than get out? Why did Vanderohe waste time by going down to capture zombies for the vault traps instead of throwing corpses at the triggers? Such a waste of time and considering Deiter was apparently an expert in vaults why didn't he suggest the Survivors stay in the vault until after the nuke? Sure somebody needed to go after the moron daughter I guess but to never mention it felt like a huge overlook.
