I boozed right up till I was 32 and then took a break. The break has lasted 8 years. The benefits are multi. Save money. Always know what you're doing. Think straight and never get depressed. Alcohol is a depressant. I've also got great skin. Normal weight. I told a doctor once booze is a poison, and he agreed.
