Did a new report on Haiti with Armed Gangs taking over the nation. They outnumber the Police The USA offers 300 million in aid. In my view Close to Florida it is a doomed island, sadly. |

Haiti is quite a fascinating example of a country in complete anarchy with literally no functioning government. US doesn't seem interested despite having close ties historically and most of the rest of the world just seems happy for it to burn away as well
