"I'm not quite sure how or what, but it's been quite painful, although a little better this morning. So I'm on my way up to London, to Harley Street to get a scan done, and to get some top medical advice. But I am heading to training afterwards so I can learn the steps of my next dance."

he did go to training after the scan

Knowles went on to reveal that he would be seen by fans on It Takes Two later today, at which point he said he hopes to "have more information and be able to update you"

He added that he would keep fans "posted during the course of the day anyway", before concluding: "Not ideal, but I'm convinced not something that is going to stop me dancing this weekend."

Let's hope so. I don't like any contestants getting byes to the next round. But I doubt he'd be first voted off anyway.

he didn't use his ''bye'' last week because in the american smooth it was easier to adapt the routine to his injury


this week he would've had a faster paced charleston with complicated steps

hopefully he has a slower dance next week

i liked his jive a lot, and his american smooth also was decent despite his arm



it'll depend on the severity of his knee injury, but yes good of him to use that bye now, a charleston is not doable with a knee injury (even a mild one) he needs lots of rest and lots of time again at the physio now, and maybe if production is nice on him, have a slow waltz or rumba next week, but i rather Nick is normally eliminated than withdrawing honestly, would also kinda be a better ending to his strictly journey (and u don't have to do the dance off you know, Tony gave up on his own without the dance off, without anyone else having to leave)


as for now the walking bye, i am not against it, i mean some injuries might not be that serious like only painful for one week


even Natalie Gumede used a ''bye'' and she made it to the final, when she also had cramps in her legs (after a week rehearsing the jive to proud mary)
