Scottish rugby.
Everyone is saying Grwgor Townshend should go. Our nations manager.trying to say hes took them as far as he can, and There is no expansion. Watching Scotland play rugby these past 2 years has got me so back in love with rugby that it's something I cant shut up about. They are simply so exciting to watch, and thats all down to my school hood adversary at stand off when kelso high school played galashiels academy. We both have the same motto, one taught to us by our old teachers, his one far more well known than mine, but mine still as important to me as his was to him.. LET THEM PLAY, just let them play. Bu god dont scotland play these days. Not like the tired old Irish |

Carnivore versus Vegan diet has got to be the most ridiculous culture war that has ever existed imo.
I don't care what's going in anyone else's mouth, I just care what's going in my mouth and if it tastes good.

I like these small moments in the early hours when it feels like I'm the only person on the face of the Earth

Baby boomers in/from certain cultural contexts/backgrounds seem to have an obsession with their kids marrying “on time”. I don’t like that. “You know you’re the first daughter/only son so you’re supposed to get married early.” Nah. You don’t pressure people into making life-long commitments they’re not ready for just-because your generation was taught that getting married is one of life’s greatest and most necessary achievements, especially for women. Gotta establish those boundaries. Prioritising your peace and happiness is not disrespectful to your parents. They don’t get to make the decision to get you married off for you. That’ll be on you, when the time is right for you, not because your parents and aunties and uncles in the community keep nagging you about when you’ll be ripe for marriage. And by the time they realise that, it might be too late, if you let yourself be pushed into a union you’re not ready for. It’s better to marry “late” or not marry at all than to marry wrong. Cultural and societal expectations of when you supposed to be ready are totally irrelevant.
This article seems to have an interesting take on it, from one particular sub-cultural context: https://thebeammedia.com/the-parenta...ge-in-nigeria/
