Just been watching a bit more coverage and social commentary on this and omg, Perry's speech after will make you puke. Literally the biggest waste of time ever, just pure narcissism all round. And this whole pathetic performance is one of those their very rare occasions where the left and right agree, and actually unite with their disgust for this ridiculous "stunt"

Tbh the women are individually inspirational - they're all the top of their fields, and just existing in these spaces already shows "women can do anything" more than the fact they paid vast amounts to fly above the clouds.
If Bezos really wanted to send a good message and inspire women in STEM, he'd do something like ... have a raffle for every woman who rank highest in their university for things like Physics or Astro-Engineering across the world, and give seats to the lucky six who win. But we can't guarantee they'd all be hot with massive Insta followings ![]()
