I agree he is probably having to change his disguise daily and learn arabic and change his London accent.

He probably can trust no one and will not ever look up in case a satellite identifies him, he can never return to the UK in a full Burqa or not, in fact he is going to have to work very hard just to see his next birthday.

But eventually special forces US/UK/Israeli will snatch him and then his real pain will start, and pretty much continue for well......for ever or until he is dispatched from this life hopefully in the slowest most painful way possible.
