I have a solution
4 Army Snipers on shifts
1 Sniper shoot the Camera and GPS section
Another Sniper shoot the battery pack
then it drops to the ground.


Prison Officers then collect it.



No Fella No Smack in the morning to collect
in your garden duty area.
