you have a very warped view of the intelligence services and our governments and military then. If you honestly believe that Anonymous is in any way smarter or more clever or advanced than our own government, sorry but that is just stupid to me.

When did I say they were cleverer or more advanced? I said they could probably help. Which they could

You did misunderstand. I simply said that anonymous could probably help the situation. I'll admit I don't know a lot about this subject but I just think with the current state of things in the world that surely the government would welcome any help that could prove to be beneficial?

Anonymous will approach things in a different way to that of the securities services. Whether that's good or bad remains to be seen. Personally I wouldn't put any trust into that type of organisation

wel space monkeys on the moon could possibly help too, but they aren't and it's not likely. Thanks for being honest that you have no idea what you are talking about.

They just wouldn't work with each other, they have completely different ideas of how the threat should be combated and of the role of online communication in today's world. Anon would argue that the intelligence services are far too powerful and unaccountable: the intelligence services would say that Anon put peoples lives in danger and make their work much harder. I really can't see them popping champagne corks at MI6 and GCHQ over this, if anything they'll be rolling their eyes and wishing Anonymous would stay out of it.

So I'm not an expert? Does that make the opinion that I offered irrelevant? You know, the one that you misread but decided to misquote and insult me with anyway. I don't know why you feel the need to attack other people for no reason. Do you actually want to debate? Instead of just trying to shout everyone else down.

At this point with how shoddy the UK and the US Governments have tried to stop their creation I think that a unauthorized organisation deserves a shot.

This^, frankly I think they should stay well away. I don't see how their involvement would aid the official investigations in any way.

I don't think it's a good idea.
Suppose the CIA or MI6 are tracking a terrorists internet activities for information and the Anonymous takes down all their accounts? They would basically leave our intelligence services blind.

Can you actually be that ignorant to the idea that actually the government MIGHT actually have a plan and if they thought taking every ISIS sympathizer off of twitter would help us, they already would have done so by now.

Anonymous are angry little fat gamer gate boys. and they are doing NOTHING to make the world a safer place. They are arrogant sociopathic losers.
Like I said, if our governments "have a plan", why are we now decades into this "war on terror" without any hint of improvement in the situation and, in fact, things getting progressively worse? Whatever plan they have... It isn't very effective.

i doubt anonymous' plan is going to be more effective. but if tomorrow ISIS surrenders and we have world peace because of anonymous' actions, i will congratulate you on being right.
