Has anyone done this? I have done two sessions so far and they have been challenging but I always feel amazing afterwards. I am a bit self conscious about stretching and exercising in public but the weather is going to be crap again for a while so there should be less people at the park. I am not really doing it to lose weight, I just want to get a bit better at running and be more active in general.

I did it a few years ago and managed the 5k at the end of the programme. I felt a bit of an idiot at the beginning doing the running, walking bit but it really does help. Good luck with it....

Aww, that's great, it's good to hear that you both have completed it. I hope I will keep running afterwards, I have a good attitude so far anyway, but it's still early days.

Well especially living in Portugal with nice weather and lovely beaches to run near you should, I've been doing a little bit again lately but just on the treadmill because it's so miserable and dark here
