As the screen changed she noticed a figure in the reflection behind her. She jumped and picked up the pace.
She stole a quick glance backwards before turning a corner. The person was dressed in a long trenchcoat with a hood that covered their face. Kelly sped up again but saw in the reflection of a nearby window that the person had followed her around the corner.
"Just ignore it. He probably isn't following you," she mused.
'Hey!' a rough voice shouted at them, it was the figure in the trenchcoat. They started to run towards Kelly. She screamed and took off at full speed, desperate to lose their pursuer.

As she got up from behind the bin, she sensed a hand on her shoulder. It was the person chasing them. Kelly screamed at them and the person jumped. He pulled down his hood.
'Excuse me, you dropped your wallet. I'm sorry if I scared you, mate' he chuckled, before putting his hood back up and skulking away.
Kelly's face burned bright red. She apologised profusely and thanked the man for returning her wallet. Furtively, she opened it to check that the photographs were still there. Sure enough, the image of her sister was still staring back at her. A huge relief. This was her best photo, and one they'd taken just a month before the accident.
Kelly shivered and carried on towards home, squirming at the thought that memories of the whole embarrassing episode would likely haunt her at random intervals for the rest of her life.

It wasn't until a gloved hand covered her mouth that Emily realised her predicament. She screamed into the glove. She saw a flash of silver in the dark and felt a sharp pain in the neck. She looked back into the face of her attacker and was greeted with the sight of an eerie white smiling drama mask. "Another fucking Scream reference?" she thought with a brief eyeroll. She reached towards the source of the pain and felt a large hook shaped blade embedded there. Emily cried out in terror as the attacker dragged her, kicking wildly, to the banister. She noticed that the blade was attached to a long chain. She tried to beg for their life but the injury prevented her from speaking; all she could gargle up was more blood.
The attacker held a finger to the lips of their mask. Emily stopped struggling and stared into the mask's eyesockets. 'Please...' she mouthed, as tears streamed from her eyes. It was a moment that lasted an eternity but ended in an instant when the attacker pushed her over the banister.
There was a sickening squelch when the chain became taut and ripped through Emily's neck. Her body landed at the bottom of the stairs while her head hung grotesquely above on the chain. The white decor was now stained with red and the killer decided to leave the head suspended from the chain for Emily's loved ones to find.

Lewis was feeling miserable; his friends had dragged him to a party that he wasn't in the mood for but he decided to stay, Voyeur's death weighed heavily on his mind and he deducted that he'd be safer amongst other people. Lewis hated parties but he would rather be alive and miserable than dead.
'Hey, can you do me a favour?' asked one of the hosts - a pretty girl Lewis had fancied since year 7. 'We're running a bit low on drinks up here, could you go downstairs to the fridge and bring up a crate? Thanks!' The host brusquely walked away before waiting for an answer. Lewis sighed and descended to the basement.

'Stupid bitch...' she muttered in response to what she was reading. She's such a fucking fantasist. Voyeur was killed and DT was making it all about him. She smiled as Andy echoed what she was thinking and rolled her eyes when she saw that Sandman and Vlad jumped to DT's defense.
Tired of watching the pondlife, Queen exited the browser and switched to Word. She was staring at the latest page of her newest manuscript trying to figure out how to end the latest chapter but she had been without inspiration for a while now. Queen sighed and finished off her glass of wine. She decided she wanted another and went to the kitchen to open a bottle.
She pulled an expensive bottle from the rack and set it on the counter while she searched for the corkscrew in a nearby drawer but it wasn't there. She rooted around in the other drawers but the corkscrew was nowhere to be found. She didn't notice that, whilst she was looking for the corkscrew, the killer had sneaked up behind her.
She caught a glimpse of the killer's reflection as they went to grab her. She moved out of their reach and grabbed the bottle, swinging wildly at them. The assailant dodged her attacks and pushed her into a nearby cabinet, dazing her. She threw the bottle in desperation but she missed, as her throat was grabbed and held in place. They pulled out the missing corkscrew and jammed it into her eye. She screeched in pain and flailed as the Killer twisted it cruelly deeper, tearing her eye apart. The brutal cunt tried to pull it out to do the same to her other eye but it was stuck. There was an almost comical moment as the killer paused to consider their options, before punching the corkscrew deeper into her skull, killing her instantly. Queen's body slumped against the cabinet. The Killer placed their foot against her chest as leverage and brutally yanked the corkscrew out of her head, pulling what remained of her eye and fragments of brain along with it.

He had received a message a few hours back from a new member. The message instructed him to come to this warehouse to find a clue to what was going on. He knew it was probably a trap but the curiosity was overwhelming, and if it was indeed anything to do with Verona then he just had to know who was responsible - the girl was practically the daughter he'd never had.
After a brief search, DT discovered a small metal box that looked like it didn't belong there. Assuming it to be what the message referred to, he grabbed the box and went back home.

He peered through the window and saw the shape of a man at his front door, he seemed to be holding something.
'Who is it?' He asked cautiously through the door, hoping to avoid eye contact and social interaction.
He got a muffled response in return. Helter Skelter reluctantly opened the door a tiny bit and peered from behind the door at his visitor. It was a a delivery man making his last and very late delivery. Helter Skelter was confused as he didn't order anything but signed for it anyway. The Delivery Man gave him a box and took his leave. As Helter Skelter closed his door he caught sight of what looked like a person staring at him amongst the nearby trees. Helter jumped in shock and slammed the door shut, locking it in the process. He ran to a nearby window to check the trees and was relieved to see that no one was there. It must have been his imagination....

The Killer kneeled down besides him and withdrew a long pair of scissors from one of their pockets. Lewis' mouth was prised open and the attacker grabbed hold of his tongue. Lewis screamed but the sound was muffled, no one upstairs would hear him over the music.
He could feel the cold metal of the scissor's blades on his tongue; the muffled screams became more frenzied. It happened so slowly: the blades closed in on Lewis' tongue, cutting steadily into its flesh. He felt faint as the pain became too much, blood had began filling his mouth and he began to choke. The killer taunted him by waving his detached tongue in his face with one hand while holding the boy's mouth shut with the other. Lewis could feel the numbness set in as he drowned in his own blood.
The discovery of Lewis brought a swift end to the party.

'I don't pity you Vincent, it's just hard for me to watch you struggle.' Vincent didn't respond and the gap between him and his friend grew larger as he sped up. He knew she meant well but it didn't stop him from feeling the way he felt. Before the accident he had freedom and independence but now he felt like a burden on his loved ones. It felt humiliating to be so reliant on other people.
Vincent came to a crossing just as it was safe to cross. He didn't bother looking both ways and was halfway across the road when the car hit him. Vincent hit the ground hard and his wheelchair landed a few feet away. He groaned in pain and tried to gather his bearing but everything felt out of focus and time seemed to be moving slower than before. He looked around as he lay on the ground and saw the car that hit him spin around and speed towards him faster than before. He yelled out for help but no one could have done anything, The car drove over him, ending him in a brutal fashion and leaving bloody skidmarks on the street as it sped away.

He'd been caught on CCTV kicking a suspected arsonist in the stomach whilst he lay in the foetal position on the floor. The forum was divided over this revelation with some members believing this made him a suspect while others accused the cyberbullies of making him a potential target for the killer. The killer's decision to off LewIS in light of the revelation that Lewis' father had killed a woman in the early 2000s - and was currently serving a life sentence - made a strong portion of the forum believe that the killer's motive was moral by nature. Queen of Hearts' use of the forum's tragedies as inspiration for her own writing, and Voyeur's hacking activities, further strengthened this argument.
Helter Skelter found it all quite delightful but he was annoyed that he was a spectator in this latest drama and not the one lighting the match. He was reading the forum on his phone whilst on the bus and couldn't stir up trouble like he could if he was at home. He closed the browser and looked out of the window as the bus passed a church - it would be his stop soon enough.
He got off the bus and rushed to get home quickly before the mods had deleted everything. As he sped along he noticed a person in the nearby park who was dressed in a long trench coat, their face covered by its hood. Helter shivered as he recalled the other night but didn't think anything of it. It was probably just a coincidence.
When he got home he found a haggard looking envelope on his door step, parts of it were ripped in places and inside was a single piece of paper which contained a screenshot of a PM between Alex79 and Verona...

'I wasn't ready then, I-I just kept thinking about my parents....they're gonna be crushed.'
'They'll move on,' Creep said coldly 'you can end your suffering right now. You don't need to keep fighting,' her voice became more soothing and warm. She felt giddy at the thought of what was about to happen, she just needed to close the deal.
'You won't be alone, Ethan. I'll be here with you until the end.'
Ethan didn't respond for a while but she could hear him breathing as he thought about it.
'Okay, I'm going to do it.'
Creep's heart began to beat faster in anticipation.
'Have you decided on the method?' She asked.
'I live in a High Rise, I'm thinking of jumping.' He whispered.
'Yes, that's a good way to go. Are you going to do it now?'
'No, I think I'm going to do it later during the night.'
'You'll lose your nerve by then, you should do it now.' She pressured.
'I don't know...'
'Are you a coward?' she hissed, 'or are you brave enough to say enough is enough and go through with it?'
She heard quiet sobs.
'Okay, I'll do it now.'
She heard the sound of a window opening followed by the sounds of Ethan climbing out of it.
'Thank you for everything, I couldn't have done this without you...' he said in a daze before jumping to his death. A rush of euphoria engulfed Creep and she felt at peace for a brief moment.
She grabbed an empty flower pot from a nearby cupboard and planted a seed in it.
'Another flower to add to the collection,' she sang contently.

He had almost forgotten that he used to be an excellent police officer and he felt a pang of despair at the thought of his skills going to waste in his current job as a Security Guard.
He had joined the forum as a way to stay connected to his past, he loved to discuss crime stories with everyone else, he spent hours batting around theories on unsolved crimes and had found several solid and lasting friendships in the process. He longed for those days and felt bitter at what the forum had become. It had become more vicious in both content and it's members. If it weren't for the murders he would have left by now. Several of those that remained on the forum - he'd noticed that a handful had stopped posting, probably out of fear but possibly out of far worse reasons - continued to speculate and accuse each other. The forum's administrator remained chillingly silent, prompting some to even accuse him of doing it. The realisation that no one actually knew who he - or she - is was quite the cherry on top.
He arrived at the Office Building - the front door had been forced open. DT cautiously entered the building and followed the trail of disturbed dust and debris to a door on the third floor. He could see light coming through the gaps in the door frame. His heart raced as he reached for the door handle.

Unwilling to let her go, her parents kept her under lock and key and treated her less like a human and more like a bird in a gilded cage.
She couldn't end her own life but she soon discovered that by 'helping' her friends end their lives, she could die vicariously through them and the feeling of release at doing so was intoxicating. Creep's parents had no idea about her new 'hobby'. They saw her greenhouse as something life affirming, Creep enjoyed imagining their reactions if they ever found out what the green house actually symbolised.
She was too busy in her thoughts to notice that someone had sneaked into the greenhouse - it was only when she turned round and was impaled through the stomach with a pair of shears that she realised she was going to die. She couldn't help but smile though the pain.
'Do...it.....kill me....' She said weakly.
The killer obliged in a sadistic fashion. The shears were prised open while they still lodged in her stomach; the blades tore at the wound opening it up sideways. It was a struggle but the killer perservered. Eventually the wound was so wide that Creep's innards spilled grotesquely onto the floor. She fell to her knees and closed her eyes for the last time.
The killer looked at her face and felt a chill run down their spine. Creep had smiled throughout the pain and that same smile endured in death and it was terrifying. The killer entered the house and looked through her laptop. Going through her Skype archives, there were possibly a hundred different chats that all seemed to end with Creep encouraging them to commit suicide. The killer knew she was twisted but seeing what she had done made their blood run cold. It was in that moment that they realised they had encountered something of pure evil and that the memories of Creep would stay with them until their last day.

DT had hoped to find some clues as to who the next target was but all he could find was the files on the previous victims and screenshots of the forum that detailed private conversations between different members.
Not wanting to linger, DT grabbed the files and screenshots from the forum and quickly left the building. He was going to figure this out one way or another.

At this point of the game, I put it to the players to decide who they think the Killer is. You must do this by PMing me the name of the player (that's player, not character) you think is the Killer. You know the names of all but three of them - and that doesn't seem very fair, so we may as well fill in the blanks now:
You've had clues on almost all of their characters in the stories, news articles and crime scenes that Dezzy and I have come up with, but understandably this will very much be a hunch. Consider the following:
- How helpful are they with tasks? If they're not trying too hard, maybe they feel like they don't have anything to lose because they can't die. But maybe if they're trying really hard, they could be overcompensating...
- Who's been killed so far? Who would have made those decisions? Has the Killer been one of the "surviving" players? Or has he/she been coasting through quite safely?
- Who do you think would be good at keeping secrets?
- What clues have I been dropping? In the thread, or elsewhere?
- And if you are indeed the killer - because you get a vote as well - who do you think the others will gun for?
After I've received all of the 11 votes, I will announce to the forum how many votes each player received. I will not reveal who voted for who, until the game is over, so don't worry about any form of revenge coming back to you. What happens to the player with the most votes is yet to be seen: in previous In Cold Blood games, they've been killed, they've been arrested if they were indeed the killer, they've ridden off into the sunset alive... so for now, just vote for whoever you think the Killer is.
You may not discuss your decisions and suspects at all. You have 24 hours to make your decisions (but I would appreciate some haste). Failure to vote will result in one vote being cast against yourself.

Ok so I think this is all clues and story that Shaun has posted so far. You're welcome
