In the original, her eyes do look a bit stoned. I'm not saying she regularly hits the bong before royal assignments, I'm just saying that I can't prove she doesn't.

Mr Emsley knew he wanted to make a feature of Catherine's hair.

AFAIK, her eyes are hazel/green, not blue .....
