I think it's possible Olivia apologised to make herself look better, but I think if she was being nice to Yinrun on the assumption that she's popular, I think she'd go out of her way not to get mad at Yinrun in the first place

Olivia has a temper and she likes to kick off , she keeps doing Yinrun's hair and makeup now aswell... so she probably thinks that's her way of being nice to her. Henry calling her out ... probably made her think twice aswell.

Olivia has extremely poor anger management. She has zero control over it and thinks that's ok as long as she is sweet to you after. As if being nice following shouting at you balances the books.
