Here's hoping they have learnt some lessons and realised the change the layout etc each year, it adds to the excitement. I used to be excited in the run up to the new series wondering how the house is going to look, what suprises they have hidden. If its the same layout, its just not as exciting.

Update on planning website: The new house has been approved with no objection from the local council

Regarding the filming periods, the first two periods I get, however the third period has thrown me off, unless it's a proposed summer series instead of a Autumn series for this summer but it's not 100% confirmed?
