Actually after doing more research.... Norway is expensive,but apparently if you're in a stable job you get paid more than in the UK. But the food is hit & miss.

But the lowest crime rate counties seem to be places like Denmark & Iceland , again expensive though . But I guess it depends...if you think it's worth it.
