Default Meat is Murder?

I know there is sort of a similar topic about pain, but this is different. Is it right or wrong? Here is a video I came across.

Warning, people may find this upsetting or disturbing!!!

It's not like we really need meat now though. We could live without it.

I've ate all kinds of animals in my time. They could kill me too.

They also taste great.

I don't think it's murder. I think it's tasty.

You know, I think it should be mandatory for people to have to go to the slaughterhouse and kill their own meat. I just think that it would just be a very interesting experiment.

You start a Thread saying it is Murder
Then say when Cooked right it is nice.

This thread should be in General Chat.

It is no longer Serious.

Im saying people it's not like we are hunters or anything. Meat comes in a nice little package, and you don't even know where it really came from. You have to cook it to enjoy it. You don't need it you want it.

No, I mean you'd have to do the deed yourself, and in front of the family. Turn it into a day trip for the kids. lol. Little Joe does the skinning while you gut the thing just after air gunning it. Or maybe we'll start off slow and let you strangle a hen.

It would be interesting to see how many would actually follow through with it.

I think in the developed world they usually electrocute them and slit their throats, waiting for them to bleed to death or the other way is to bolt them in the skull. Apparently they're totally unconscious and don't feel a thing but sure they're hardly happy hanging upside down waiting for it and I refuse to believe that being zapped or having an object penetrate your skull doesn't sting a little.
